You can add and remove compositions from your request anytime, at no charge. Please use the support widget at the bottom right of our webpage to get in touch with our team. Be sure to provide the Tresóna request number in your email for faster service.
Cancel a request
You can cancel a request anytime, at no charge, by contacting our team through the support widget. However, requests can’t be canceled if copyright use already took place. E.g., you can’t cancel a custom arrangement request for an arrangement that’s already been made, and likewise for a sync request relating to a video you already recorded.
If you’re canceling a custom arrangement request after the first rehearsal date on the request, we’ll need your arranger to certify that they never c the reated the sheet music of the arrangement and never dissemniated the sheet music of the arrangement.
